1. We host no content

garden-tv.mobi does not host, store, or upload any video content. We index publicly available stream links collected by the iptv-org community. We cannot remove content from servers we do not control, but we can remove a link from our index.

2. Filing a notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe a link on our site points to infringing material, send a notice to [email protected] including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work concerned.
• The exact URL(s) on garden-tv.mobi pointing to the material.
• Your contact information (name, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our response

Valid notices are processed promptly and the reported link is removed from our index. Repeatedly reported sources may be blocked.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe a link was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
