By accessing garden-tv.mobi you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the service is

garden-tv.mobi is a free web interface that lets you browse and play publicly available live TV streams indexed by the iptv-org community project. It is provided free of charge, with no registration.

3. We do not host any content

We do not host, upload, store, or rebroadcast any video content. All streams are third-party links that are already publicly available on the internet. We are an indexer and player, not a broadcaster.

4. Availability and "as is"

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Individual streams are operated by third parties and may be offline, geo-restricted, or removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee availability, quality, or legality of any particular stream in your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country.

6. Intellectual property & DMCA

Channel names and logos belong to their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and believe a link infringes your rights, see our DMCA policy to request removal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or any third-party stream.
